| August 31, 2006 - Seaboard wishes to advise certain Caribbean markets, including Venezuela, that as a result of continued increases in various operational expenses due to the higher cost of fuel, the Bunker Charge will be adjusted as follows on all shipments to and from the United States effective October 1, 2006. |
