PUERTO RICO SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Horizon Producer Delay
– Update 4
» Dear Valued Customer:
We are pleased to announce that
schedule recovery is progressing better than initially expected.
Our anticipated schedule is as follows for the following voyages:
» Southbound Service
to San Juan from Jacksonville (Voyage PD414S):
- Horizon Producer will arrive in San Juan
Tuesday evening, July 18th.
- Southbound Cargo will be available for
pickup in San Juan tomorrow, Wednesday, July 19th starting
at 0700 (7AM).
» Northbound Service
from San Juan to Jacksonville (Voyage PD415N):
- The Horizon Producer will arrive in Jacksonville
Friday afternoon, July 21st.
- Extended Gate hours will be in effect in
Jacksonville for northbound cargo on Friday, July 21st.
Hours are as follows:
0800 – 1200 and 1300 –
1800 and 1900 – 2300
(8AM – 12Noon and 1PM – 6PM and 7PM – 11PM)
- Truckers picking up northbound cargo must
be in the gate no later than 2200 (10PM) to request their
pick-ups.
» Southbound Service
from Jacksonville to San Juan (Voyage PD415S):
- The Horizon Producer will depart Jacksonville
on Saturday morning, July 22nd.
- Extended Gate hours will be in effect in
Jacksonville for southbound cargo on Friday, July 21st.
Hours are as follows:
0800 – 1200 and 1300 –
1800 and 1900 – 2300
(8AM – 12Noon and 1PM – 6PM and 7PM – 11PM)
- Southbound cargo will be available
in San Juan Monday afternoon, July 24th.
- Hacienda and Puerto Rico Department of
Agriculture will be opened for service on Monday, July
24th.
- We will provide an updated estimate of
the July 24th San Juan cargo availability time in tomorrow’s
announcement.
» Northbound Service
to Elizabeth from San Juan (Voyage HI428N):
- The Horizon Hawaii departed San Juan this
morning, Monday, July 18th.
- Cargo will be available for regularly scheduled
pickup in Elizabeth Friday, July 21st.
» Southbound Service
from Elizabeth to San Juan (Voyage HI428S):
- The Horizon Hawaii is scheduled to depart
Elizabeth Friday evening, July 21st.
- Cargo will be available for pickup in San
Juan Tuesday morning, July 25th.
We will continue to make every
effort to communicate timely schedule updates. Our next
update should be delivered tomorrow, Wednesday July 19th.
