Intermodal Fuel Charge

Sea Star continues to monitor costs
associated with the movement of containerized intermodal volumes.
Our review as of June 5, 2006 shows
a continued upswing in diesel oil prices for the four week
period ending May 26, 2006 and the corresponding payments
we make to our intermodal service providers. As a result,
we will make adjustments to the Intermodal Fuel Charge. The
changes are represented in the attached spreadsheets. These
IFC adjustments will become effective on June 25, 2006.

the IFC, please do not hesitate to contact your SSL representative.
